Shipping costs are calculated in your basket at the checkout before payment is made.

SHIPPING TO THE UK AND WORLDWIDE

Items are dispatched within 2 working days of payment being received.

Most of our items in the UK are shipped via MyHermes and are sent tracked and signed for as standard. We also use Royal Mail on occasions.

The address given on your order is the address we ship to.

MyHermes take 3-5 WORKING days for delivery.

Royal Mail also take this time.

EUROPEAN & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – We use various couriers, all are sent signed for as standard. These usually take 3-7 days for delivery.

If you require a different service please email us and we will do our best to ship via your preferred method but that may incur extra charges depending on the courier. We cannot be held accountable if your item takes longer via this method.

IF YOU PURCHASE MORE THAN ONE ITEM, I WILL WHEREVER POSSIBLE COMBINE ITEMS FOR SHIPPING AND REFUND THE EXCESS SHIPPING AMOUNT VIA PAYPAL.

Returning items or if you have decided that the item isn’t for you

You have the right to return any items up to 7 days after delivery.

Refunds are given for returned items within 7 days of receiving the items back. Refunds will only be given if they are in returned undamaged and in returned in the original packaging.

We do not refund any returns, returned to us damaged. Unless they have been delivered to you damaged.

Postage is non-refundable.

RETURNING DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS.

In very rare cases, should you receive your items damaged, we will ensure that you will either receive a replacement or a refund. Should you wish to return the damaged item, we will pay for the return shipping.

Great British Vintage Market will require you to take a photo of the damaged items for a refund, if no photo of the damaged items are received, no refund will be given.

You must inform us within 3 days of receipt of your order of any damaged or faulty goods.
